Based in Falmouth, MA, our company was founded in 2018 by Lisa Schott, who spent more than 10 years working in the veterinary field before leaving corporate America to pursue her true passion — building a business rooted in compassion, integrity, and an unwavering love for animals. What began as a vision to provide more personalized, heartfelt pet care, coupled with the unwavering support of her sons, Chatham and Ryder, UCPS has grown into a team of over 20 dedicated employees, all committed to one core principle: loving and caring for every pet as if they were our own.

Private Pet Care Services

We specialize in personalized, private pet care tailored to meet each pet’s unique needs. Our services include professional dog walking, overnight stays, and safe, supervised off-leash play. We also offer concierge-style services such as light in-home grooming, pet taxi transportation and compassionate coordination of in-home euthanasia — supporting families through every stage of their pet’s life with dignity and care.

Our professional grooming services are available for both dogs and cats, ensuring pets look and feel their very best in a comfortable, low-stress environment. Our loving, caring, and highly experienced team of groomers is passionate about creating a positive experience for every pet. We pride ourselves on building trust — and it’s not uncommon for dogs to happily walk through our front door, excited for their spa day.

Luxury Cat Resort

We are also proud to own and operate a luxurious cat resort designed exclusively for feline comfort and well-being. Our resort features fresh filtered water, stainless steel sanitizable litter pans and feeding bowls, and a calm, enriching atmosphere designed with cats in mind. Fully insured and highly trained, our team is experienced in administering medications, including insulin injections, ensuring even cats with special medical needs receive attentive, expert care.
